100 toast, 150 lunch, 300 tea.
550 calories today
With 400 calories everyday over 4/5 weeks i might be able to reach 100 pounds!
I’m so fucking shit. I can’t diet, I hate myself. I was a size 6. Whats happened to me, I could eat 200 calories and not want to eat a single thing. Now 200 calories is a meal. I don’t deserve anything to be honest.
So This means if I eat 600 calories i’ll burn around 800 calories a day, if there is 3000 in a pound it will take me around 4 days to lose a pound, so I’m going to try and eat even less.
Today I’ve eaten 450 calories.
So my bmi is just under 20.
My rmr is 1455 calories burned per day.
This means I am going to try to stick to a 600 calorie diet to start with, and slowly and steadily lower it.
This should work, as I successfully lost 2 stone last time but put most of it back on.
Ok I have like no followers because this is a blog for me not you lalalala well yeah going to lose 20 pounds, one day at a time.
